I hope this message finds everyone okay. Things with me have been okay. Very busy but that is just like everyone else I imagine. The last 2 weeks have been crazy for reasons that I can't go into here. I have fell off the wagon a couple of time in terms of some personal goals, but at the same time I am making progress in other areas of my life.

I've had both really good news ans really sad news in the last week. But I'll get through it all...both good and bad.

In the meantime, I hope that everyone is doing well with lots of hugs! :-)
