That is the beautiful sound of my washing machine, now repaired and functioning normally.

The positive: clean cothes
The negative: i'm planning on doing laundry until 4am

The other positive: i still have those new sheets. I never opened them because i slept on the couch last night -- all 2 hours of sleep since I worked until 4am to get some progress made on my projects in the office.

Other positive: I am scheduled to begin working on the project I want to work on, in addition to the other project which is currently moving slowly. Now I will be very busy and under pressure. Just the way I like work. To party hard, I have to work hard.

i can't believe i'm saying this, but i'm happy to hear you've got a whole bunch of extra work waiting for you at the office. haha.

as for the laundry machine, damn. that was quick. what happened? did the landlord show up for the repairman?

Hee hee...he sure did...but nothing changes the fact that I had to make some purchases and stuff, so I will still be taking SEK 1,300 off of the rent. :-)

Luckily I never did laundry as I broke out the "emergency outfit"...basically a pair of pants I keep when I weighed 135kg (approx. 300 lbs). I felt so strange in them as my belt didn't help keep them up.

It was kinda tragic.

300 lbs!? goddamn! what kind of diet did you go on (and whatever you do, do NOT say the subway diet :)

LOL....it's a revolutionary diet called the My-Fucking-Fat-Ass-Needs-To-Get-On-The-Treadmill diet ;-)

Actually, when I began, I just cut out alcohol most nights and balanced my diet while traveling (since I was in a job at that time that was 100% travel). Then I had a month of vacation, put myself on the Aktins diet and excerised everyday for a month, and then I dropped loads of weight and a couple of pants sizes.

However, I didn't feel comfortable following the Atkins diet forever, so I went back to a balanced diet and regular exercise.

And that's where I am today. I probably want to lose another 20 lbs or about 10kg, but there is no rush anymore.

wow. so the atkins diet actually does work! then again exercise is always important, but whatever. you lost a lot of weight there!

Hee hee...I don't have any directly now...but eventually, as I update my photo website at my photo website, you'll be able to see how fat I was in Y2K.
